Caine frets over Cruise/Holmes height difference

Movie legend Michael Caine fears the height difference between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is a bigger threat to their much publicised relationship than their 17-year age gap.

The Alfie star is concerned Tom's relationships with taller women are doomed, pointing out that Cruise acrimoniously divorced tall Moulin Rouge star Nicole Kidman in 2000.
