Simpson plans to adopt

Pop star-turned-movie babe Jessica Simpson is hoping to adopt a baby after her first attempt to become a young mother was dashed when she learned she couldn't take a child out of Mexico.

The pretty blonde, 25, was just 16 when she visited a Mexican orphanage on a vacation and she desperately wanted to become a teenage mum.
