Cheapskate Charlotte admits bubbly buy

Singer Charlotte Church today insisted she was a cheapskate, but confessed to buying two bottles of champagne for €1,500 “by accident”.

The 19-year-old, whose single Crazy Chick failed to reach the UK number one spot yesterday, said she was careful with her money and rubbished claims that she had blown her fortune on alcohol.
