Hilton approached by German Big Brother

Socialite Paris Hilton has been offered more than $1.8m (€1.5m) to appear in the German version of cult reality TV show Big Brother.

If the blonde heiress agrees to the staggering deal, she will join a bizarre band of ex-strippers, beauty queens, a married couple and a virgin, who are living under 24-hour scrutiny on the set.
