Third instalment of Footballer’s Wives makes the grade

THE antics of Wayne Rooney’s girlfriend and Beckham’s wife may appear rather outrageous at times, but if they’re looking for some diversion, then Footballers Wives: Season 3 (VCI) should keep them on the edge of their seats.

This ITV drama packs more glamour, intrigue, sex and behind the scenes machinations than you’ll find elsewhere, even perhaps in real life. In fact there’s hardly a football in sight. But never mind, this is highly entertaining and great fun.
