Penn: 'Directors have it easy'

Oscar-winning actor Sean Penn is desperate to work as a director again, because it's a far easier job than working in front of the cameras.

The 44-year-old screen hunk, whose resume as a director includes The crossing guard and The pledge, is adamant that the job of the film-maker doesn't compare to the gruelling challenges faced by actors.
