Brosnan too dear for Bond

Now we know why 007 never made it to his next mission. According to the respected Hollywood digest, Variety, Pierce Brosnan wanted to add too many zeros to his pay packet.

The magazine says the Irish star demanded about £30m (€42.4m) to make his fifth James Bond film.
