Jamelia dedicates success to Campbell

British singer Jamelia owes her lucrative modelling success to catwalk veteran Naomi Campbell.

The Thank You star was spotted by the ICM agency after standing in for the supermodel during last year's BRIT Awards in London when Campbell failed to turn up.
