New project for Jordan

Irish director Neil Jordan plans to make a film about an Irish-born Croatian war veteran who has penned two memoirs under the pseudonym Tony Cascarino.

The soldier is reported to be “reluctant” to see a glossy account of his colourful life and times on screen but Jordan - who made Michael Collins - might just be a big enough name to change his mind.
