Andy Bell insists he's in good health

Erasure frontman Andy Bell is assuring fans he's "feeling fine" since announcing was diagnosed as HIV positive six years ago.

Bell, 40, says he had been diagnosed with the virus that causes AIDS in 1998 after falling ill with pneumonia on a trip to the Spanish island of Mallorca (Majorca).
