Gibson 'stalker' to stand trial

A 34-year-old drifter has been ordered to stand trial for allegedly stalking Hollywood star Mel Gibson.

Superior Court Judge Leland Harris ruled that there was enough evidence to try Zack Sinclair on a felony count of stalking. He will appear in court on December 16.
