Beyonce Knowles is back on her feet again after taking a nasty tumble in a Destiny's Child video dance routine rehearsal, thanks to Serena Williams.

The tennis ace, who is friends with Beyonce's bandmate Kelly Rowland, urged the singer to contact her own sports doctor, and he was able to convince the soul star that the injury wasn't as bad as she thought it was.
