John continues spat with Taiwanese media

Elton John has launched a fresh attack on Taiwan’s media, saying the photographers and TV crews at Taipei airport were the rudest he had met in his pop career.

John cursed at a pack of aggressive photographers and cameramen yesterday as they mobbed him while he was trying to clear immigration. The singer shouted expletives at the media horde and called them “rude, vile pigs”.
