Spears still grounded by hurt knee

Britney Spears is still grounded by her knee injury - three months after the singer hurt herself while shooting a music video.

Spears needed surgery after stumbling on the set of promo Outrageous in June - and she is still undergoing strict physiotherapy in a bid to get back on her feet.
