Bono's guitar offer snubbed by Blair

U2 frontman Bono was dismayed after British Prime Minister Tony Blair refused the rocker's gift of a guitar.

Blair, who used to be in a band called 'Ugly Rumours', was offered the instrument by the Irish singer last year.
