Kylie says no to Paris request

Pop superstar Kylie Minogue has shattered wannabe singer Paris Hilton's dreams of recording a cover version of one of her old tracks.

The singer was contacted by the dizzy socialite earlier this year but refused to allow her to record a version of Word Is Out for Hilton's debut album.
