Matt Damon has hit out at reports he hated best friend Ben Affleck's former fiancee Jennifer Lopez, insisting the pair got on "great".

Ben and Jen's relationship - which ended in January - was tarnished by claims longterm pal Damon disapproved of Affleck's choice of partner.
