Allen selling pad for over €20m

The Manhattan real-estate market actually makes the Irish one look relatively sane.

Woody Allen has put his 22-room mansion, in the posh Carnegie Hill neighbourhood, on the market and has reportedly turned down two offers – one for $23m (€18.7m) and the other for $20m (€16.3m).
