'Sex and the City' star admits to tears

Sarah Jessica Parker admits to being reduced to tears as filming on the final episode of "Sex and the City" approaches.

Sarah and her co-stars will film the final scenes over the next two weeks in Paris and the last ever episode will air on US television next month.
