Beyonce to perform at Super Bowl

Beyonce Knowles has been chosen to sing the US national anthem at this year's Super Bowl in her native Houston.

American Football's premier event will take place on February 1 - a week before the singer is up for six Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year.
