Another award for Oscar-winner Ben?

Ben Kingsley could well win a second Oscar for his role as Iranian immigrant Colonel Behrani, (he won his first award for Ghandi) in the tragic new film House Of Sand And Fog about the struggles of a family trying to settle in a new country against remarkable odds.

“When I hear the word Oscar I get this terrible buzzing in my ears and I can’t hear anything at all,” he tells me. “I keep my Oscar in the library on a shelf. Even if you act badly they can’t take it away from you.”
