Redford stays behind camera for new role

Robert Redford is following the example set by Clint Eastwood and will be directing and producing – but not appearing in – his next project.

The actor has announced he will direct and produce the romantic thriller The Company You Keep, based on Neil Gordon's novel of the same name.
