Coldplay preaches Fair Trade at Mexico concert

British band Coldplay sang its support for fair trade to a sell-out crowd in Mexico City, three days before the start of a meeting of the World Trade Organisation in the country.

The band broadcast on a giant video screen the message, “Make Trade Fair”, the name of a campaign by Oxfam, during a two-hour concert at the Palacio de los Deportes stadium before a crowd of about 25,000.
