'It was a mistake', says Affleck and J-Lo

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez – who are now reported to have split up - realised their much-criticised film Gigli was a mistake before it was released.

“The movie didn’t work,” Affleck tells Daily Variety. “We tried to fix it but it was like putting a fish’s tail on a donkey’s head.”
