Atomic Kitten coming to Co Cork this summer

The cat is officially out of the bag. Atomic Kitten will be performing in Co Cork this summer.

Originally dubbed a "secret" performance by the promoters, the Atomic Kitten gig, on July 4 at Cork’s Millstreet Arena has now taken on a life of its own - with many of the elusive tickets already sold for the intimate performance.

Noodle Promotions, Ireland’s newest music promoters, are thrilled with the early response to ticket sales and say that extra tickets will now be allocated to satisfy the huge Atomic Kitten fanbase.

"We are delighted with the response,’ said James Hyland of Noodle Promotions. "This is the first of many gigs we have planned for the year - and this has given us the start we dreamed of."

The Kittens are delighted with the support from their Irish fans and are really looking forward to the upcoming gig.

"We're always guaranteed a good time in Ireland and the crowds are always brilliant," says Liz.

"Ever since the band started we're tried to get over there as often as we can. With our live band we put on a great show which includes all our hits and we can't wait!" said 2003 Rear of the Year Award winner, Natasha Hamilton.

Kitten’s fans are hoping for a double celebrity whammy - in the hopes that Lee Ryan from Brit Award winning band "BLUE", will join the audience to support his girlfriend Liz.
