Actor Tom Sizemore, who co-starred in the wartime dramas Pearl Harbor and Black Hawk Down, has been ordered to stay away from his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.

Sizemore surrendered to police after a warrant was issued for his arrest for allegedly threatening Fleiss, his former fiancee, reports the New York Daily News.

He was released on bail and a protection order was issued against him.

Sizemore, 41, who starred in the television series Robbery Homicide Division, reportedly left a telephone message for Fleiss, threatening to “knock her teeth out, kill her and harm members of her family,” according to the newspaper.

Fleiss is considered a potential witness in a domestic violence case against Sizemore stemming from charges he assaulted another former fiancee, Brooke Ford.

Sizemore has pleaded not guilty to pushing and threatening Ford as they argued over wedding plans.

A representative for Sizemore said the actor and Fleiss “have had a turbulent and unhealthy relationship. For his own well-being, Mr Sizemore has decided to move on.”
