Actor's death halts production on Hanks film

Production has been halted on Tom Hank's new film, The Polar Express, because of the death of his co-star, the Emmy and Tony Award-winning character actor Michael Jeter.

Jeter, who also co-starred with Hanks in The Green Mile, playing a condemned man, disclosed in 1997 that he had tested positive for the AIDS virus HIV.
