Streisand reveals 'real' Oscars speech

Barbra Streisand has released the controversial speech she’d planned to make at the Oscars – in defence of stars against the war with Iraq.

The outspoken superstar presented the Best Song category at Sunday’s Academy Awards, but opted against making a political statement onstage, out of respect for the show’s producers.
