Lenny Henry voices speaking clock

The velvet-toned speaking clock in Britain is being replaced by the more distinctive Midlands accent of Lenny Henry from today.

From March 10-23, callers will be treated to a message from the comedian who, in taking over from current voice Brian Cobby, becomes only the fourth ever person to take on the role in 67 years.
