Red Hot Chili Peppers to headline Slane

Organisers of the annual Slane concert in Co Meath have announced that the Red Hot Chili Peppers will headline this year's event on August 23.

The American band supported U2 at the same venue two years ago and headlined their own gig at Lansdowne Road last year.
