Daredevil sets US box office record

Action blockbuster Daredevil made a record-setting debut in the States this weekend as heartthrob Ben Affleck dealt with personal tragedy.

Affleck attended the funeral of his grandmother in Boston, Massachusetts over the weekend with fiancée Jennifer Lopez at his side supporting him.
