Stars chosen as year's most intriguing
Friends star Jennifer Aniston, the Osbourne family and George Clooney are among the celebrities named in People magazine’s list of the "25 Most Intriguing People of 2002".
The diverse list, published at the end of every year, also features Oscar-winner Halle Berry, royal butler Paul Burrell, US President George Bush, Saddam Hussein, Britney Spears, Julia Roberts, Eminem and Sarah Jessica Parker.
The Osbournes are the first family to make it into the list for their hit MTV reality TV show.
Matriarch Sharon says: “It’s the greatest thing when someone stops you and says: ‘I love your family.’ What more could a mum want?”
Aniston makes the list for her gritty performance in The Good Girl.
Hubby Brad Pitt tells the magazine: “I’ve always know she was amazing. I don’t think anything blossomed in her this year that wasn’t already there.
“It just seems like the rest of the world is waking up to what has been there all along.”
Also receiving a mention on the list is convicted shoplifter Winona Ryder.
