Winona Ryder doctor struck off

A doctor who prescribed addictive drugs to Hollywood stars including Winona Ryder on a "cash and carry" basis has been ordered struck off.

Jules Lusman charged thousands of pounds for frequent house calls to celebrities in which he would examine them only briefly before prescribing drugs, the Medical Board of California said.
