Police not to pursue baby-dangling Jacko

Berlin are not to take any action over Michael Jackson’s baby-dangling episode from the fourth floor balcony of a hotel in the German capital.

Spokesman Norbert Gunkel said: “The police checks have shown that the actions are not punishable.”
