Michael Douglas: 'I'm a better dad now'

Michael Douglas says he is a better father now than he was for his first son.

He told Bella magazine he loved his sons both the same.

But Douglas said with Dylan he wasn't getting caught up in his career as much as he did with Cameron.

"After all my success, I feel incredibly free and can now be a better father and husband," he said.

Douglas, 56, also said his own quality of life has improved.

"My midlife crisis lies behind me, and being a father again is fantastic," he said.

"I eat more healthy food, I exercise, I get more rest. I still want to be fit for my kids for a long time."
