Former Spice Girl bandmates face book battle

Mel B and Geri Halliwell are to have their new books published on the same day.

Scary Spice has written Catch A Fire, based on diaries she has been keeping since she was 13.

And her former fellow Spice Girl Geri has completed a second autobiography called Just For The Record.

It's a follow-up to If Only about her early life and the Spice Girls, reports The Sun.

Both books are due to hit the shops on September 2.
