The schizophrenic maths genius whose life is portrayed by Russell Crowe in the Oscar-nominated film A Beautiful Mind has denied claims that he is homosexual and anti-Semitic.

Critics have said that certain aspects of mathematician John Nash’s life were left out of the movie, including rumours that he had an affair and was a bad father.
