Google Allo adds selfie sticker feature
Google Allo has added a new feature to the Google Allo smart messaging app that allows users to transform their selfies into personalised stickers complete with plenty of customisation options, as revealed in a blog post from Google.
The new feature uses machine learning neural networks in combination with professional illustrations from artists to create the stickers in a similar manner to how Bitmjoi works.
Machine learning maps the user's face and generates the structure, animations and colour of the face with details drawn from the collection of pre-defined illustrations.
The new feature is out now for Google Allo Android and will be available for iOS soon.
