Sony has just revealed the DPT-RP1 E Ink tablet, an impressive new device with a screen resolution of 1650 x 2220 pixels.

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s announcement of Sony’s new partnership with E Ink, the company has just revealed the brand new Sony DPT-RP1 E Ink tablet (via Gadgets 360).

The Sony DPT-RP1 E Ink tablet features a stylus pen with magnetic clip for storing the pen on the side of the tablet, a screen resolution of 1650 x 2220 pixels, and a thickness of around 30 pages of stacked paper.

The Sony DPT-RP1 E Ink tablet can only read PDF files but will come with a Digital Paper app that converts websites and documents to PDF.
