According to the now-pulled blog post, the update will be available on August 2. Microsoft had previously indicated that the update would be released by late summer, so this sounds about right.

The Windows 10 Anniversary Update looks set to feature plenty of upgrades that users have requested. The Start menu will feature an improved all apps list, while tablets will have a full-screen apps list again. Meanwhile, Cortana will get a number of improvements, and Microsoft’s Edge browser will finally get extension support.
