Microsoft announces Xbox One S
The Xbox One S comes in 'robot white,' is 40% smaller than the original Xbox One, and does away with the bulky power unit that the Xbox has become synonymous with at this stage. Unlike the original Xbox One, you'll be able to position it vertically or horizontally.
Aside from these design changes, the Xbox One S comes with some internal improvements too. The new-and-improved console supports 4K Ultra HD video, including 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, and has HDR capabilities for both games and video. It now features one USB port on the front for easy access, along with the controller pairing button, and there's a new built-in IR blaster.
