every time he makes an appearance, people can hardly believe he’s real.

The most recent encounter with Buffalo Creek Golf Club’s absolutely giant alligator happened last week when Charles Helms spotted him taking a stroll somewhere near the third hole.

"That is the biggest freakin’ alligator I have ever seen in my life," said Chris as he recorded him.

Same, Charles. Same.

Wendy Schofield, who works at the pro shop, told News 3:

"He doesn’t bother anybody and they don’t bother him, he’s like a mascot for the course.

’He has been here for a very, very long time, he’s not new at all. There have been guesses that he’s 15 to 16 feet long.

’The word has spread that this is a great place to come and play. He is the highlight, but we are worth the price too.’
