Ubisoft to announce new IP at E3

Ubisoft revealed in its latest financial call that it will announce a new AAA IP at E3 this summer.

There was no mention of what genre this mysterious title will be. What we do know is that Ubisoft will release five AAA titles between now and March 31, 2017. Alongside this new IP, we’ll see releases of Watch Dogs 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands, South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and For Honor.

In its financial call, Ubisoft also revealed that The Division is outperforming expectations. The Division has 9.5m registered users and was the most successful launch ever for a new IP, surpassing the record previously held by Destiny.
