The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine will be prettier and the final expansion
Blood and Wine will offer players another 30 hours or more of gameplay with a new area, story and side quests. And that's not all - it's also going to be prettier.
The DLC will have better and more detailed graphics than the base game, which relased a year ago. There will be more variety in the world and almost all the graphical assets have been created specifically for this expansion pack.
It's a pretty bold claim considering how gorgeous the original game was but we're confident that CD Project RED can pull it off. And they'll want to make a big impact with Blood and Wine as it's going to be the last content released for The Witcher 3.
In an interview with Eurogamer, game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz confirmed that this will be the last material they will be working on for Geralt's latest adventure. This tale is done, apart from some bug fixing in the future.
That's bittersweet news as it might be the last we ever see of this particular world. On the other hand, it does mean that CD Project RED can move onto their next highly anticipated title Cyberpunk 2077.
Blood and Wine is out on the 31st of May, 2016 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
