VIDEO: ’Family values’ speaker accidentally calls for ban on men and women getting married

Vincent Browne was in Cork last night for "The People’s Debate" when the thorny issue of marriage equality came up.

A member of the audience stood up to make an impassioned speech against same-sex marriage and got so riled up that he called for a ban on men and women getting married:

"We want family values, and we don't want to see men and women getting married. And that's the holy all of it."
