Adorable tortoise helps his buddy who’s stuck on his back

Ever wonder what happens to a tortoise who gets stuck on his back?

Usually, not a whole lot until someone comes around to help. But YouTuber AuDi Yu caught this cute moment when at Tapei Zoo in Taiwan, when a tortoise found itself stuck with nothing but its own kind around.

Being stuck on your back as a tortoise is no joke. While it's possible that a tortoise can flip itself back over with some twisting and turning, that depends on how they're stuck and their shell shape.

To make matters worse, a tortoise's lungs are in the top of its shell, so if it's flipped, the weight of its other organs press on top of the lungs- making it tricky to breathe.

Lucky for the little guy here his buddy was around to give him a push in the right direction.

And the video's original uploader hopes it taught his daughter and the other kids a lesson about helping others.
