Watch adorable Love Actually proposal at airport

This proposal had passers-by in tears as Neil Lilley from South Wales got down on one knee in front of Sally Bruce.

The scene was like something out of Love Actually or When Harry Met Sally. Neil used a trusty iPad to help get the words out and hired singers Chloe Swaby and Adam Bourne of Acoustik duet to help him serenade his girlfriend of a year.
