On the batter for the perfect pancakes

THOUGH pancakes are easy to make from scratch — even for those with little time for cooking, they have somehow become a convenience pre-made food.

A simple blend of flour, eggs and milk, they make a perfect comfort food.

Usually the mix is left to settle for 10 minutes, but I’ve often used it straight away and they taste just as good.
