Web Watch: Cards
The name alone was hook enough for a click. It’s basically a 20-something girl working for the United Nations in New York trawling around the web and posting pics that inspire her. She’s not promoting herself or her own pics, just nice things she sees and likes on the vast galaxy that is the internet. Simple. And yes, Audrey Hepburn features (a fascinating link to a Harper’s Bazaar article on the magnificent Hepburn) but it’s not all about Funny Face. There’s a hilarious Eloise in Brooklyn cartoon, the new Prada Candy ad featuring Wes Anderson and Roman Coppola and Lea Seydoux and a beautiful image of Anna Karina and Jean-Luc Godard in Geneva, March, 1961. It’s worth a browse.
