IT SEEMS there’s a growing interest in discovering Irish wildlife in its natural surroundings. But where do you start? Where do you go to experience the beauties of nature?

It’s principally a problem of access. All the land in Ireland belongs to somebody and many of these people will object to you roaming around on their property looking at the birds and the bees. Luckily there are ways round this.
